The perfect candidate will be a dependable team member, uphold confidentiality, possess exceptional organizational abilities, and communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Manage data entry, process payments, and oversee vendor documentation.
- Accounts Receivable: Engage with customers to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding invoices.
- Financial Transactions: Generate invoices and manage bank deposits.
- Payroll Management: Coordinate and oversee payroll, commissions, and employee benefits.
- Job Costing: Monitor and report on project-related expenses to ensure profit objectives are met.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data collection and report on company metrics, including leads and sales conversion rates.
- Training Development: Create, coordinate, and implement training programs across all departments.
- Team Support: Assist the office team as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
- A minimum of 2 years in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong computer proficiency is essential.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The company offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
