Enterprise Mobility Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Agent (CEA) to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless rental process by accurately verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are currently filling immediate openings. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls related to reservations, inquiries, and customer support
- Managing outgoing calls for follow-ups and various assigned tasks
- Providing outstanding customer service by assessing rental needs both in-person and over the phone
- Welcoming customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Offering directions and general assistance as needed
- Evaluating the condition of vehicles upon return
- Processing vehicle returns and managing check-in procedures
- Promoting company services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers
- Communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
- Assisting with the sale of optional protection products and upgrades
- Reporting any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors as required
- Performing various administrative tasks, including billing support and report generation
- Completing other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- At least 2 years of prior customer service or retail experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Availability to work specified schedules
