  • Resolve customer complaints with care and precision to achieve complete satisfaction.
  • Keep customer accounts updated with the latest information as required.
  • Regularly collaborate with team leads to stay informed about new services and products.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Valid Identification.

  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
