Position Requirements
Candidates must be proficient in using all necessary equipment associated with the role, including but not limited to, computer systems, call management software, and communication devices. Cross-training to ensure proficiency in both PBX and Reservations Systems is essential. Adherence to all departmental and company policies is mandatory, and candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule.
