Business Development Representative BDR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at NextRow Digital. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, educate them about NextRow Digital's services, and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and how NextRow Digital can address them.
- Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or digital marketing company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and MarTech solutions is a plus.
