NextRow Digital is a global leader in marketing cloud and technology implementations, and we're seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and educate them about NextRow Digital's services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and how NextRow Digital can address them.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or digital marketing company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in using CRM software.
