Business Development Representative

North Vending LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team.
This role would be ideal for individuals with a background in B2B sales and general distribution, particularly those with experience in small business sales.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with small local businesses in the Chicago area and surrounding suburbs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend appointments with small business locations to promote our products and services.
- Place product devices in a minimum of 10 locations per week.
- Meet existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
- Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of our products and services while onsite.
- Act as a liaison between North Vending LLC and customers to provide up-to-date pricing, service, and product information.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
- Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray North Vending LLC in a positive manner.
- Update and maintain customer leads and account records in our CRM system.
- Follow up on business opportunities assertively.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of direct sales experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Negotiating and closing skills.
- Pass interview/assessment qualifications.
- Valid Driver's License and car.
- Ability to travel/stay on route 100%.
Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly preferred.
This is a field-based direct sales position offering a base salary and commission.
