Office Coordinator

Green Ivy Realty & Property Management Inc is on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant. We are a dynamic and expanding firm specializing in property management, residential leasing, and sales in the northern Chicago region.
As part of our vibrant team, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment that offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside our company. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of the office broker and office manager.
- Manage phone communications and welcome visitors.
- Promote our listings and services effectively.
- Handle rental application processing.
- Organize, file, and scan office documents.
- Oversee rental database management.
- Assist with significant company initiatives.
- Facilitate rent collection processes.
- Perform bill processing and bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong typing and computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior administrative or reception experience is essential; experience in real estate is highly advantageous.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.
- A positive, goal-driven attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proximity to our office is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Availability for occasional weekend and evening meetings.
