About Us:
KNDRD is a dynamic cultural consulting agency that provides brand strategy and creative solutions, emphasizing a profound comprehension of culture and fostering meaningful connections between brands and communities. We are in search of a friendly, highly driven, organized, and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Coordinator. This position will report directly to the executive team.
Position Overview:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for various administrative tasks and general office responsibilities, including facilitating communication among team members and clients, managing schedules, and overseeing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars effectively
- Coordinate meetings through email with clients and contractors
- Draft and respond to client communications
- Set up and manage virtual meeting links
- Organize, oversee, and process invoices
- Handle electronic document signing and management
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including:
- Disposing of trash
- Scheduling regular cleaning services
- Managing supply orders
- Systematizing documents and establishing structured processes using Google and Trello platforms
- Assist in preparation for occasional events (in-office gatherings, celebrations, mentorship sessions)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal)
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- High proficiency in Google applications such as Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.
- Experience in project management is advantageous
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project management role is preferred
