Mobile Office Coordinator

We are in search of a proactive Mobile Office Coordinator to provide essential administrative support. This role encompasses a variety of office services, including document management, binder assembly, and handling of incoming and outgoing packages.
- Position: Mobile Office Coordinator
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Compensation: $25 per hour
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Expertise in legal document preparation and printing
- Digital Document Processing: Efficiently manage digital files and scanning tasks
- Package Management: Accurately send and receive packages
- Mail Services: Utilize mailing systems for efficient mailroom operations
- General Office Support: Perform various administrative tasks as required
- Reception and Hospitality: Provide coverage and support in reception areas
- Project Assistance: Support various facility-related projects
- Email Management: Organize and manage communications effectively
- Team Coordination: Assist with scheduling and team management
- Additional Duties: Undertake other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legal office procedures is advantageous
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Experience in a similar administrative role preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
