Position Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The successful candidate will deliver extensive administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office. This position encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, overseeing daily office tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for the office.
- Handle and route phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
- Draft and revise documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and lodging.
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
- Assist the HR department with onboarding and various administrative functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
