Job Overview

We are a leading wholesale distributor of flooring and floor covering products, expanding into the Detroit marketplace.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and motivated sales professional to help lead our growth in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth in the Grand Rapids marketplace and surrounding areas.
  • Stock and promote major brands of commercial and residential flooring products, as well as flooring installation tools and supplies.

Qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of three years of commercial sales and/or specification experience.
  • Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred.
  • Sales experience in the wholesale distribution space preferred.
  • Proven sales ability, with high level of proficiency in account discovery and development.
  • High motivation and ability to work independently.
  • High level of computer proficiency, especially MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with a robust CRM.
  • The ability to maintain a general working knowledge of all major products and industry trends.
  • The ability to promote company products as a professional sales representative.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
