Regional Business Manager

About the Territory• You will be responsible for managing our customer base in Michigan, working closely with surgeons, distributors, hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) to drive growth and revenue in the hip and knee replacement market
• You will travel throughout the territory to meet with customers, conduct demos/trials, host education labs, train fellow/residents, drive growth with existing distributors while adding new agents, and onboard new users
• You will increase sales and utilization throughout your territory for KneeAlign, UniAlign, and HipAlign products
• You will provide primary clinical training and education to customers as well as teach and disseminate technical product information
• You will work closely with the AVP/ASD to develop sales goals, strategies, and execution plan tailored to your region
About You• You have at least 1 year of sales experience in hip and knee implants, enabling technologies, or capital sales of orthopedic products
• You possess in-depth knowledge of orthopedics, specifically hip and knee replacements
• You have a BA/BS degree (preferred) and are able to live in assigned territory
• You have a proven track record in growing sales and adding customers
• You are an expert in all primary operating room procedures and display confidence as a partner and product expert in the OR
