Job Overview

The Commercial Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial client base, as well as some residential involvement. Key responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts, upselling services, acquiring new clients, and developing proposals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain existing commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prospect and secure new business through outreach and cold calling, leveraging your exceptional communication skills.
  • Build and present proposals that effectively showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and quality.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in service sales or project management, preferably in landscaping.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of honesty and perseverance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general PC applications.
