Job Overview
AvaSure is a rapidly growing telehealth company seeking a highly experienced West Region Vice President of Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the West Coast region. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will also analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to penetrate existing accounts and secure new business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the West Region
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree with equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience selling to an enterprise environment, acute care hospital experience required
- 5+ years of developing new business channels 'cold calling'
- 5+ years in Sales Leadership Roles
- Experience selling to C-level executives: (CNO, CFO, CTO roles)
- Experience using technology to do remote presentations and demonstrations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
