Regional Business Development Manager

Bath Planet is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by leading and growing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience, preferably with the 1-Day Concept. Additionally, they should have 2+ years of Sales Management Experience and strong leadership, business development, organization, team building, and management skills.
Key responsibilities include reviewing performance results, taking necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations, and effectively completing cancel-save appointments. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
