Your Role

As a Project Leader, you will be instrumental in client engagements, guiding studies to identify client requirements and overseeing research initiatives to gather pertinent data. You will manage the development of hypotheses for investigation and conduct advanced financial analyses of client, competitor, and industry data. Utilizing your knowledge of business principles and industrial organization, you will formulate actionable recommendations and supervise tasks including strategic due diligence, product development assessments, change management strategies, and evaluations of long-term investment prospects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client interactions and play a crucial role in nurturing high-level client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in the Consumer Industry, with a preference for experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), although Retail experience is also valued.
  • 3 to 5+ years of post-graduate consulting experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, ideally within Consumer sectors.
  • Experience in private equity is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with a knack for developing innovative business models and strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior executives and delivering formal presentations to management.
  • Excellent management and communication skills, essential for uniting stakeholders and persuading senior clients to take action.
  • Proven track record in managing client engagements and relationships, providing thought leadership to teams, and ensuring the quality of engagements.
  • A blend of management and hands-on delivery experience is preferred.
  • A successful history of building and strengthening client relationships within large organizations.
  • A degree from a prestigious institution is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to designated cities is required.

You will also partner with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and engage at all levels of the client organization to identify and implement value creation strategies that yield significant, lasting impact.

Travel Requirements

Travel is expected and will vary based on specific project locations.
