Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team dedicated to crafting and executing strategies for various money movement processes, including Wires, Zelle, BillPay, Internal Transfers, and Add Cash.
- Manage analytical projects that assess and refine strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Mentor and develop teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks effectively, ensuring risk management is a priority within your teams.
Essential Duties:
- Formulate and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and nurture a team, including recruitment, performance assessments, and developmental choices.
- Evaluate processes to pinpoint obstacles and delays, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements.
- Guide the team in creating and maintaining process documentation and related protocols, while spearheading training initiatives to ensure compliance.
- Direct the team in defining, constructing, and analyzing reports to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Enhance system functionalities to bolster decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Strategically plan, initiate, prioritize, and oversee projects to fulfill business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or a related field.
- Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or a related field may substitute for a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/Research, or a related field.
Compensation:
The base salary for this position typically ranges from $103,000.00 to $174,000.00. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Various factors, including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level, may influence the compensation for this role.
