We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Support Specialist to assist our National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) client. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Facilitating task responses to ensure that governance policies and perspectives are accurately represented and coordinated.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback on a daily basis to assess overall satisfaction.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through timely email responses and effective management of client feedback.
  • Addressing and resolving discrepancies related to products and services based on online feedback.
  • Creating user stories and features derived from customer feedback, utilizing tools such as JIRA and maintaining records in Redmine.
  • Establishing and tracking metrics related to feedback status.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support environment, particularly within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense.
  • Proven ability to deliver user-based training for products and services.
  • Experience in managing and adjudicating application feedback effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data gathering.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is essential.
  • Experience with Redmine and JIRA applications is preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required at the time of hire, with the willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph.
