Job Purpose:
The Administrative Reception Specialist is responsible for providing essential support to the Eligibility Department, serving as the first point of contact while also engaging in data entry and other administrative functions. This role offers opportunities for career advancement for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, offering information and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel with care
- Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
- Support the Eligibility Department with various tasks, including data entry and customer service
- Perform general office duties as required
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in Human Resources, Administrative roles, Health Insurance, or a related medical field.
