Administrative Assistant for Campus Ministry

The Administrative Assistant for Campus Ministry at Le Moyne College provides critical administrative support to the Campus Ministry team and the Vice President for Mission Integration. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the office, supervising student workers, coordinating budgets and payroll, and overseeing the upkeep of chapel spaces.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide office management and clerical support to the Campus Ministry team and Vice President.
- Manage finances, expense reports, and budgets for the Campus Ministry and Mission Integration accounts.
- Coordinate scheduling of events, rooms, and vans through the Ad Astra database.
- Schedule sacramental and liturgical events, and maintain sacramental records.
- Supervise student workers and facilitate the Dolphins GROW program.
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in information systems software, such as Workday and Slate.
