About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Le Moyne College. As a key member of our Campus Ministry department, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Campus Ministry team, including scheduling events, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to electronic communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process application forms and payments for Campus Ministry programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage financial transactions, including check requests, reimbursements, and deposits, while maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A logical decision-making and problem-solving approach, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
