Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Join the Miami County team as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to the Transit Department. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including financial record-keeping, data entry, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with data entry and database maintenance for Miami County's JFS clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including mail sorting, phone answering, and document preparation.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
