Service Support Team Member

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week support to our field offices, including logging calls and paging on-call technicians during non-business hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries or complaints regarding our products or services, and will work closely with our Service Support Team Members to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Log and page service calls in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate field notification, tracking, and payment of SPIFF programs
- Train and assist new hires in the development of their skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer support and service industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
