About the Role
The Nolan Transportation Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the daily activities of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and performing data entry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
