Key Responsibilities
The primary duties involve addressing incoming support inquiries, including software bugs, system failures, technical challenges, and general questions, ensuring our clients can effectively operate their businesses.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle incoming client requests through various channels and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Execute technical updates, system upgrades, and server transitions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on issue tracking and ticket management to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Develop expertise in our ERP software.
