As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role within the operational team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and overseeing the reception area.
- Conducting outreach to clients and managing appointment scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate client information within our database and ensuring a seamless process for each client.
- Supporting management by collecting necessary data and preparing reports.
- Assisting with new participant orientations and preparing all required informational materials.
- Handling business phone communications, directing calls to the appropriate staff, and responding to voicemails promptly.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance company operations.
- Coordinating and directing office communications.
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
