As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role within the operational team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and overseeing the reception area.
  • Conducting outreach to clients and managing appointment scheduling.
  • Maintaining accurate client information within our database and ensuring a seamless process for each client.
  • Supporting management by collecting necessary data and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with new participant orientations and preparing all required informational materials.
  • Handling business phone communications, directing calls to the appropriate staff, and responding to voicemails promptly.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance company operations.
  • Coordinating and directing office communications.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A self-motivated and adaptable approach to teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • A passion for connecting with individuals both in person and over the phone.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of clerical experience.
  • Preferred bilingual capabilities.
  • Experience working with diverse populations is highly valued.
