- Ensure data entry accuracy with an error rate of 1% or less for transportation types, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other specified information
- Stay informed about changes in policies and procedures
- Follow the designated work schedule to manage call volume and meet contractual obligations, unless directed otherwise by a supervisor

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient in operating standard telephone systems
