Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to address incoming support inquiries, including software bugs, system failures, technical challenges, and general questions, ensuring our clients can operate their businesses seamlessly.

In this position, you will:

  • Handle incoming client requests through various channels and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Execute technical updates, enhancements, and server transitions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on tracking issues and managing support tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Develop expertise in our ERP software.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in learning new software tools and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to client success and a desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Effective communication skills with both clients and colleagues, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Background in finance or familiarity with financial operations is preferred.
