As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the operational team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and overseeing the reception area.
- Conducting outreach to clients and managing appointment scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate client information in our database and ensuring each client’s journey is completed successfully.
- Supporting management by collecting necessary data and generating insightful reports.
- Assisting with orientations for new participants and preparing informational materials.
- Handling business phone communications, directing calls, responding to voicemails promptly, and following up with clients who miss appointments.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance company operations.
