As a Talent Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the operational team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and overseeing the reception area.
  • Conducting outreach to clients and managing appointment scheduling.
  • Maintaining accurate client information in our database and ensuring each client receives thorough support.
  • Assisting management by collecting necessary data and preparing reports.
  • Facilitating new participant orientations and organizing informational materials.
  • Handling business phone communications, directing calls to appropriate staff, and responding to voicemails promptly.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinating and directing office communications.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A self-motivated and adaptable approach to teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of clerical experience.
