Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to address incoming support inquiries, including software bugs, system failures, technical challenges, and general queries, ensuring our clients can operate smoothly.

In this position, you will:

  • Address customer inquiries through various channels and provide lasting solutions.
  • Execute technical updates, upgrades, and server transitions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on issue tracking and ticket management to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Develop expertise in our ERP software.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to master a multifaceted software tool and identify process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to client success and a desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Experience in finance or familiarity with financial operations is preferred.
