Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to join our team at Ally Behavior Centers. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our therapy center, ensuring seamless communication with parents and families, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication with parents and families, ensuring timely and effective updates on their child's progress.
  • Onboard new clients, host center tours, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Approve employee requests for time off, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing disruptions to our services.
  • Validate the accuracy of center schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with our clinical teams.
  • Hold clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within 48 hours, maintaining the integrity of our billing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with budget requirements for center purchases, optimizing our resources and minimizing waste.
  • Communicate with our insurance and billing department regarding client authorizations, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Maintain employee certifications and credentials, ensuring our staff remains up-to-date with the latest best practices.
  • Document management, both for clients and employees, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
