NOSC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Manager to join our team at ActioNet. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and security systems, as well as providing expert-level guidance and support to our team.

• IT Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our network and security systems, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Incident Management: Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security incidents and ensure business continuity.
• Service Management: Manage the delivery of IT services to our customers, ensuring that they meet their needs and expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Project Management: Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in managing and leading IT operations teams, with a strong background in network operations and security.
• Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification, ITIL 3 or 4 certification.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, network engineering, systems administration, call center, systems security, and software applications.
