Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Critical Facility Manager to oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for a Tier 3 Data Center program. This role is pivotal in fostering communication between the client and our organization, ensuring top-tier site management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of the Critical Facility Team (CFT) and subcontractors.
  • Possess a valid Master Electrician or Master HVAC Technician license.
  • Ensure timely response to service requests via work tickets, emails, and calls.
  • Collaborate closely with the Government Facility Manager on facility-related matters.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, prioritize assignments, and monitor project completion.
  • Maintain and update sensitive facility documentation on secure networks.
  • Be present on-site during standard working hours.
  • May require issuance of a government smart card.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Must hold a Master Electrician or Master HVAC Technician license.
  • Extensive experience in Maintenance Management within a Tier 3 Data Center environment.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years in facility management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma required; additional certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
