Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction, and sustainment contracts for a Tier 3 Data Center program. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the client and our organization, ensuring exceptional leadership on-site, outstanding customer service, positive team engagement, and adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations while fulfilling safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and professional execution of all assigned tasks.
- Maintain a full-time presence on-site during standard operating hours.
- Be available for immediate response to the client at all times.
- Possess a government-issued smart device for communication.
- Bring a minimum of ten (10) years of program management experience in a comparable environment.
- Have at least five (5) years of experience managing contracts in secure government settings, with an annual value exceeding $5,000,000.
- Demonstrate five (5) years of leadership experience managing personnel of similar scale.
- Hold at least one relevant certification, such as FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, or CFM.
- Engage with the client to clarify facility requirements.
- Monitor project performance to ensure successful completion of objectives.
- Manage budgetary goals and adjust project parameters as necessary.
- Develop detailed project plans for collaboration with the client and contractors.
- Maintain sensitive and classified facility information in compliance with security protocols.
- Continuously enhance leadership capabilities.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organizational abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Technical expertise in Maintenance Management within a Tier 3 Data Center.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in facilities management of similar scope.
- Five (5) years of experience in secure government contracts exceeding $5,000,000 annually.
- Relevant certifications such as FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, or CFM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
- Familiarity with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
- Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
