Facility Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Critical Facility Manager to oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of a Tier 3 Data Center program. This role is pivotal in managing the repair, minor construction, and sustainment contracts while serving as the primary liaison between our clients and the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, customer service, and compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all operations of the Critical Facility Team (CFT), including personnel and subcontractors.
- Possess a valid Master Electrician or Master HVAC Technician license.
- Ensure timely response to service requests via work tickets, emails, and phone calls.
- Collaborate closely with the Government Facility Manager on facility-related issues.
- Delegate tasks to team members, prioritize assignments, and monitor the completion of all work.
- Maintain and manage sensitive facility information and documentation on secure networks.
- Be present on-site during regular working hours.
- Possibility of being issued a government smart device.
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Licensed as a Master Electrician or Master HVAC Technician.
- Proven expertise in Maintenance Management within a Tier 3 Data Center environment.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, including three years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Familiarity with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations and standards.
- Extensive experience operating Building Automation Systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
- Completion of OSHA 30 training is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
