ActioNet is seeking a proactive, organized, and highly driven professional with relevant experience to take on the role of Security Operations Manager. This position is crucial for ensuring comprehensive program support and adherence to compliance standards. The Security Operations Manager will oversee the company's commitment to the policies, practices, and procedures outlined in the 32 CFR Part 117 "NISPOM Rule".

Key Responsibilities:

The Security Operations Manager will manage security protocols for all classified programs in alignment with DCSA and specific agency regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • DISS Oversight: Ensure the DISS is current, process VARs, submit CSRs as necessary, and initiate investigations.
  • Meeting Management: Oversee all processes and procedures to safeguard classified information and prevent any potential loss or compromise.
  • Incident Management: Lead investigations and reporting in compliance with DCSA and sponsor requirements.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide security training and briefings to all personnel based on their involvement with classified information.
  • Documentation Review: Accurately review, respond to, and process all security documentation for compliance and submission through various systems.
  • Self-Inspections: Conduct annual self-assessments and report findings to senior management and the DCSA.
  • DD254 Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of DD254s to maintain compliance with specific programs, requesting clarifications and changes as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to engage effectively with staff and clients at all levels.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in executing implementation and mission requirements for various CSAs within a complex environment.
  • Proficient in using NISS, DISS, SWFT, and other related DoD Security Systems.
  • Strong focus on collaboration with customers and employees to manage security risks, provide training, and align security solutions with business objectives.
  • Understanding of individual sponsor requirements to facilitate program/project success.
  • Experience in managing personnel.
  • Technical experience with a minimum of 3 years as an FSO or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Current SSBI/T5 adjudicated to Top Secret eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of effective Risk Management practices versus compliance requirements to ensure mission success.
  • Experience with HR Systems such as ADP Vantage, Employee Orientations, and HR Filing Requirements.
  • Familiarity with ThreatSwitch or security compliance systems.
