Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and sustainment contracts for a significant Data Center program. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the organization, ensuring top-tier service delivery, employee engagement, and adherence to all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and professional execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a full-time on-site presence during standard operational hours.
  • Be available for immediate response to client needs at all times.
  • Oversee project performance and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for client review.
  • Manage sensitive facility information and documentation in compliance with security protocols.
  • Foster a culture of effective communication and organizational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in program management within a similar operational scope.
  • Five years of experience in a secure government contract environment exceeding $5 million annually.
  • Relevant certifications such as FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, or CFM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
