Position Overview
As a Collision Repair Center Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations and ensuring outstanding service delivery. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about fostering talent and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by establishing relationships with insurance representatives and customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the collision repair team, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff, monitoring their performance to achieve business objectives.
- Set clear expectations and goals, developing action plans to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely availability of parts and monitor the repair process for compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Promote a collaborative work environment, facilitating communication among technicians, estimators, and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns promptly, adhering to company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, including accounts receivable for repair work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in automotive collision repair.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a collision center is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Degree in automotive technology or equivalent experience.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
