Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction, and sustainment contracts for a Tier 3 Data Center program. This role will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the organization, ensuring exceptional leadership, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely and professional execution of all contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a full-time on-site presence during standard operational hours.
  • Provide 24/7/365 availability to the client, either in person or via phone.
  • Oversee project performance, ensuring alignment with both short and long-term objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for client and contractor collaboration.
  • Manage sensitive facility information and documentation in compliance with security protocols.
  • Utilize leadership skills to foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant program management experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a secure government environment with contracts exceeding $5,000,000 annually.
  • Leadership experience managing personnel in similar operational settings.
  • Certification in one of the following: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM.
  • Strong understanding of NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
