Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction, and sustainment contracts for a Tier 3 Data Center program. This role will act as the primary liaison between the client and the organization, ensuring exceptional leadership, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the professional and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a full-time on-site presence during standard working hours.
  • Be available for client communication 24/7/365, either in person or via phone.
  • Possess a government-issued smart device for operational needs.
  • Bring a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management of comparable size and complexity.
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience on contracts within a secure government environment exceeding $5,000,000 annually.
  • Demonstrate five (5) years of leadership experience managing personnel of similar scale.
  • Hold at least one relevant certification such as FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, or CFM.
  • Engage with the client to clarify facility requirements.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure successful completion of both short and long-term objectives.
  • Manage budgetary constraints and adjust project plans as necessary.
  • Develop detailed project plans for collaboration with clients and contractors.
  • Maintain sensitive and classified facility information across various secure platforms.
  • Continuously enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Have technical qualifications in Maintenance Management within a Tier 3 Data Center.
  • Bring a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in facilities management of similar scope.
  • Maintain five (5) years of experience on contracts in a secure government environment exceeding $5,000,000 annually.
  • Hold at least one of the following certifications: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, or CFM.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Have working knowledge of NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards.
  • Experience with CMMS is preferred.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
