Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the project management team by overseeing and coordinating all facets of project activities, from inception to completion. This position requires close collaboration with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in formulating project plans and timelines.
  • Organize project meetings and document minutes.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure that milestones are achieved.
  • Act as a liaison for project-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Prepare and disseminate project-related reports and updates.
  • Support resource allocation and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure accessibility for team members.
  • Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager.
  • Assist in formulating risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items and issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-project assessments.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from prior projects.
  • Maintain project files and records.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
