IT Project Management Coordinator

The IT Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the management of both internal and client-facing IT projects, ensuring they are executed from inception to completion in alignment with industry standards and iT1's operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee billing reconciliation processes.
- Guarantee timely delivery of all projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints.
- Organize and engage in meetings with management to prioritize project opportunities.
- Ensure availability and proper allocation of resources.
- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
- Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Collaborate with sales support and customer care teams to meet contractual obligations.
- Assist the accounting department to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify, track, and prepare necessary compliance documentation, including notices and renewal reports as stipulated by service agreements.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role.
- Familiarity with Autotask, ConnectWise, or Kantata is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Project.
- Skilled in standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of project and program management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a flexible approach.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in Program Coordination/Management is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
- Proficient in keyboarding for long durations.
- Near vision acuity.
- Effective communication skills for client and coworker interactions.
- Adequate hearing for in-person discussions and telephone communications.
