Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee one of our numerous offices.

In this position, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver outstanding architectural and engineering services to our clients across various markets, including aerospace, manufacturing, education, entertainment, and hospitality.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Coordinate and lead project teams consisting of architects, engineers, designers, and consultants.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and staffing strategies to meet client expectations.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to understand objectives and manage expectations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other project documentation.

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and technical applications.
PMP certification is preferred.
