Knowesis is actively seeking a Management Analyst to provide essential support to the United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Headquarters, Regional Health Command (RHC). This role is crucial in enhancing the existing civilian and military workforce by delivering strategic, planning, and operational assistance to the Army Readiness Requirements Coordination (ARRC) Team within the ARRC - Process (ARRC-P).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive program assessments and evaluations, identifying business challenges, mapping current and future business processes, and focusing on performance enhancement.
  • Engage in performance measurement through clinical data analysis, statistical evaluation, data visualization, and technical documentation.
  • Develop dashboards and tailored data visualization tools alongside customized reporting.
  • Analyze the impact of factors influencing military-civilian partnerships' establishment and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in the creation of various documents, including briefings, information papers, reports, and After Action Reports.
  • Support the ARRC Team in planning, programming, program evaluation, and strategic planning to enhance assessments related to military medicine.
  • Conduct operational research and data visualization to inform decision-making.
  • Utilize diverse software applications and Army Readiness knowledge to create reports, presentations, and documents for effective communication across the organization.
  • Apply analytical methodologies to integrate and report client data, leading project objectives and strategic direction.
  • Present analytical findings on strategic and operational issues, conducting research and producing comprehensive written deliverables.
  • Interpret strategic, business, and market research data to formulate recommendations that enhance medical readiness across the Army.
  • Recommend performance improvement strategies to address identified process gaps.
  • Standardize processes that support medical readiness and administrative functions.
  • Align strategies with client outcome measures and evaluate existing metrics against desired strategic goals.
  • Facilitate data retrieval from systems to support forecasting of Army Medical Readiness requirements.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues related to data and integrate technical knowledge with business requirements.
  • Provide strategic planning support to document and deploy processes, procedures, and responsibilities for Army and DOD personnel.
  • Develop strategies and metrics in line with the MEDCOM Campaign Plan, submitting monthly reports as required.
  • Assist senior leadership in crafting guidance for MTF Readiness Plans that define standards and targets.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning.
  • Experience in developing military-civilian partnerships with civilian medical facilities.
  • Expertise in Army medical readiness, including knowledge of Individual Critical Task Lists and Joint Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs).
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding, including ICD10 and CPT coding.
  • Understanding of Army enterprise analytic systems.
  • Experience in preparing various military documentation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in briefing senior executives.
Required Systems Knowledge:
  • Intermediate to Pro skill level in Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with the Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2).
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with MODS, ELIMS, ABHIDE, AWCTS, FASOR, FTDTL-IMS, CDS, AERO, and PFDAS systems.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
