Security Clearance: Due to federal contract stipulations, U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are mandatory for this role.

Position Overview:

CTI is in search of a seasoned Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) with an active TS/SCI polygraph clearance to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate synthesized intelligence products for clients by conducting research, analysis, and reporting in alignment with Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and Agency missions, including Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
  • Evaluate and prioritize information gathered from various collection methods and collateral sources for use by Government personnel.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of both internal and external client needs.
  • Collaborate with data collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting objectives.
  • Disseminate relevant target-related information and provide constructive feedback to clients as necessary.
  • Produce reports that convey developments, trends, warnings, and situational awareness regarding specific targets, including countermeasures and potential actions.
  • Assist in the creation of databases or tools to enhance target knowledge and improve collection efforts.
  • Conduct quality control checks prior to the release of products.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is essential.
  • Experience levels vary; candidates must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience within the last five (5) years in serialized, strategic target analysis reporting.
  • Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma.
  • Relevant experience should relate directly to an Agency mission or a similar mission in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense, including drafting and editing intelligence reports.
  • Ability to produce reports based on limited data.
  • Familiarity with various technologies to identify analytical opportunities.
  • Experience with advanced SIGINT reporting practices.
  • Proficient in software applications and databases related to SIGINT report writing and target development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity within Intelligence Community networks and operations.
  • Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories for enhanced reporting capabilities.
