Role ResponsibilitiesThe Financial Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the management of various projects and conducting analyses throughout the community acquisition process. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating feasibility components such as environmental site reports, surveys, construction plans, and easements.
- Reviewing and analyzing title commitments.
- Conducting strategic market research, including competitive analysis for target communities, price graph comparisons, and property ownership investigations.
- Processing and reviewing underwriting proformas and financial documentation for targeted assets.
- Compiling and analyzing development budgets for acquisition deals and future phases of active communities.
- Formulating budgets for assigned projects and managing vendor contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Reviewing zoning and HOA documents to comprehend building requirements.
- Coordinating preliminary land planning activities.
- Representing Lennar Homes at city planning and zoning meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Initiative and the ability to meet objectives with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling, and data management software.
This position primarily involves sedentary office work, requiring occasional physical activities such as bending, stooping, and lifting office materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
