POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and managing the performance metrics of enterprise operations. This role aims to understand and forecast operational effectiveness, delivering precise and clear reporting across various formats while visually representing performance data in engaging ways for key stakeholders. Additionally, this position functions as the Salesforce CRM administrator for the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performance Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive information related to annual organizational performance metrics.
  • Execute performance reporting according to established procedures and act as the liaison for all performance and business-as-usual reporting.
  • Conduct thorough data quality assessments and oversee data entry, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Simplify complex data to convey a clear narrative.
  • Benchmark against economic and workforce organizations to develop innovative solutions.
  • Enhance the quality and scope of data insights by identifying and implementing reporting improvements.
  • Provide recommendations for new systems, procedures, or organizational changes through presentations or written reports.
CRM Administration
  • Act as the primary contact for the CRM (Salesforce) system, documenting and managing the technical architecture.
  • Responsible for CRM governance, maintenance, training, troubleshooting, and user administration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify necessary CRM enhancements and develop action plans for execution.
  • Oversee the adoption, architecture, and customization of Salesforce.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce enhancements to ensure comprehensive operational data integration.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics/Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience Required:
  • 1-2 years of experience in producing corporate-level operations performance reports and proficiently managing data.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze business concepts and challenges.
  • Experience in developing and delivering professional communications, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with customizing and gathering requirements for CRM (Salesforce), including form creation, dashboard creation, report generation, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of identifying opportunities for data modernization, such as automation and analytics.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Salesforce administration and development is preferred.
