Role Overview:
As a Logistics Analyst at Premier Staffing Solution, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Engineering Manager, playing a vital role in facilitating daily operations and collaborating with Supply Chain and Production efforts. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Lean Material Flow Strategies: Implement and sustain Lean Material Flow strategies within both the manufacturing facility and the associated warehouse.
- Standard Work Instructions: Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for plant-specific materials team members.
- Layout Ownership: Oversee the design and management of layouts for supply chain operations.
- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis for forthcoming products and tasks.
- New Parts Setup: Supervise the introduction of new components on warehouse and production lines.
- Delivery Method Definition: Establish delivery methods tailored to anticipated requirements.
- Team Support: Offer assistance to Material Handling and Receiving teams.
Key Requirements:
- Supply Chain Experience: Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in a warehouse environment, complemented by some project management exposure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Power BI.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis and presentation.
- Project Coordination: Background in project coordination and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach with a commitment to achieving high standards and continuous improvement.
